Roasted BBQ Ribs

Welcome and thanks for stopping by Okra Pantry! Oh lala…This Roasted BBQ Ribs are perfect and easy to make for your family and friends. These juicy roasted bbq ribs are drizzled with my dry rub mix and barbeque sauce for a sweet, tangy and flavorful ribs. I always prepared a West African style pot barbeque in my kitchen, but last year I was gifted this “Nuwave Bravo XL Smart Oven” by my mother so I decided to change my barbeque recipe and oven-roast my ribs instead of the pot-barbecue cooking style. Also, I will work on the West African pot barbeque recipe and post later for everyone!

Ribs are naturally carb-free so all of their calories come from protein and fat. That protein is a great way to fuel up your muscles, because pork ribs supply all the amino acids you need to rebuild muscle tissue. While pork ribs’ fat content might be less-than-healthy, its mineral content is great for you. Pork ribs supply significant amounts of iron and zinc, two nutrients you need to get from your diet.

All ingredients used are listed below. Let’s go roast some ribs and bring it out at the next barbecue or celebration to impress our family and friends!
