Christmas!!! Hello, my Okra Pantry family, I hope and pray you are doing well with your family always. We have been very busy behind the scenes with the shop and more! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with your families, friends and those delicious meals.
So let me provide a few updates before jumping into our Christmas tree decorations. We have expanded our Okra Pantry Shop to Etsy with food products and Poshmark/Mercari with deals on apparels and more. The upcoming year will be an awesome and productive year for Okra Pantry, so please spread the good news with everyone you know and follow us on our various social media platforms and newsletter.
Today, we are decorating our Christmas tree and every year I work with my kids for an interesting theme for the Christmas celebration. Also, for those that buy the fresh Christmas tree, sorry I still enjoy the ease of the artificial ones…ahahaha…pardon me! We have both a green and white artificial Christmas trees that we switch up per year depending on our theme for the house. Last year, we decorated two trees with a pink and blue theme colors, easy right? Hmmm…it was a lot of work, but we got it done. Our 2022 Christmas tree theme colors are Red, White & Green!
Honestly, I am just grateful to have the time to decorate and prepare for Christmas with my family and hope you do the same also. My Christmas celebration as a child in Liberia was the best filled with so much fun and cheerful memories. What is so interesting is that, as a child in Liberia I decorated a live and fresh Christmas tree, and now as an adult I love the ease of fake Christmas tree…lol!
