In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients, ketchup, liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
Season ribs with rub mixture. Cover ribs and place in the refrigerator for 15 min to marinade.
If using Nuwave Oven, set to "Roast" at 375° for 55 min. If using a regular conventional oven, set to 400° for 60min.
Place ribs onto baking pan on cooing rack.
Once there is 20 min left of cook time, using oven mitts, carefully open the oven, slide out cooking rack with baking pan and brush barbeque sauce into ribs.
Slide back in oven and continue cooking for remaining cook time.
When done, carefully remove ribs from oven, serve and enjoy!
