These juicy roasted bbq ribs are drizzled with a dry rub mix and barbeque sauce for a sweet, tangy and flavorful ribs.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rack of ribs
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper or cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsps. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp cumin (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Fiesta brisket rub
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Figaro hickory liquid smoke (optional)
  • cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Barbeque sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients, ketchup, liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Season ribs with rub mixture. Cover ribs and place in the refrigerator for 15 min to marinade.
  • If using Nuwave Oven, set to "Roast" at 375° for 55 min. If using a regular conventional oven, set to 400° for 60min.
  • Place ribs onto baking pan on cooing rack.
  • Once there is 20 min left of cook time, using oven mitts, carefully open the oven, slide out cooking rack with baking pan and brush barbeque sauce into ribs.
  • Slide back in oven and continue cooking for remaining cook time.
  • When done, carefully remove ribs from oven, serve and enjoy!
